John McCain is an Old, Old Fuck

While I'm working on the latest installment (#5) in the never-ending saga, Rightwingsparkle is Full of Shit, please enjoy this important announcement:

Bonus: John McCain also said Rightwingsparkle is a cunt.

If you keep tossing around the c word . . . . just stop it or you are McCain. Don't do that.

I'm listening to Rove now. It's disheartening.

"If you keep tossing around the c word..."

I appreciate your view on this, Michilines. Really, I do.

There's an interesting debate 'debate' going on now about how the local paper reports on offensive words without using the actual word in question.

Instead, they use terms like "epithet," "f-word," "four letter word," and so forth.

There's one view that believes this approach is the correct one. The opposing view notes that it's essential to include the actual word when it's at the center of the story.

So, too, is it in this case, I believe. John McCain is a bitter old man with serious anger management issues, and this incident with his wife simply underscores that.

Does pointing out that McCain called the wealthy, brain-damaged, drug addicted woman for whom he left his first "the c-word" adequately convey the essence of the story?

I don't think it does, just as I would want a completely accurate account if John McCain called somebody a nigger, spic, kike, faggot, asshole, cocksucker, motherfucker, welfare queen, strapping buck, prick, etc.

All of these words have significant shock value, but anger at their use should be directed toward the subject of the story, and not at the person who reports it.

That said, I understand where you're coming from. Seriously.
